Team Member Qualification

To earn commissions you must be active by placing a qualifying product order(50 cv or greater) each month, and have at least one personally enrolled active team member who places a qualifying order.

Advanced Qualification

With the Agel Compensation Plan, Team Members earn commissions for their achievements in any of the following areas:

1. Retail Sale

Members can purchase Agel products at the wholesale price of US $60-75 per box (30 packets per box) and sell the boxes for a retail price of $75-90.

2. Fast Start Bonus (1 box minimum monthly personal purchase)

3. Team Volume Commission (1 box minimum monthly personal purchase)[Based on a two-leg or two-team structure.]

As people in your teams purchase product for personal use, samples, retail or as Preferred Customers, each box of product adds to your Commissionable Volume in each team.

Each month you will be paid 10% of the total Commissionable Volume (CV) in your lesser leg/team. Commissions are paid on increments of 100 CV with a maximum of 250,000 CV per month (US $25,000).

So if your "left team" racks up 20,000 in CV and your "right team" creates 15,000, you will be paid 10% of the 15,000 (the lesser), which would be US $1500 just in Team Volume Commission!.

This means that you earn commissions on any new person you place in your left or right tree regardless of how far down they are from you - NO LEVEL LIMITS!

Also by purchasing the Executive Kit (US $1000) as your activation order you can increase the maximum to 750,000 CV per month for a total Team Volume Commission potential of US $75,000 per month.
